Blue Badgers is operated by BB Card Services Limited, a company with the number 15196516. When we say Blue Badgers below, we mean BB Card Services Limited.
These terms and conditions
- These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that you agree to as a business if you make an offer of your products or services to our members on our website or mobile app (“Offer”).
- By filling out our online form and agreeing to these Terms you are not agreeing to pay us any commission. You can add an Offer on our website without paying us any money or giving us any other benefits. If you like what we do and want to support us, you can contact us through our website to offer commission on your sales. We really appreciate your support. Please see further information on how Blue Badgers receives commission from certain retailers below.
- These Terms will apply to you as long as your Offer is shown on our websites and mobile apps. We may change these Terms from time to time.
- If we agree separate terms with you about how we promote your offers, then that agreement will supplement or replace these Terms as agreed.
- When your Offer is no longer on our website or mobile app, these Terms won’t apply anymore, but if there are any legal rights which arose before the removal, they will not be affected.
Your Offers
- By filling out our online form and agreeing to these Terms you are asking us to put your Offer on our website and app. We will check your form and, if you meet our requirements, we will show your Offer on our website for the benefit of our members. We will use the exact words you give us for your Offer.
- Unless there are some clear mistakes in spelling or names or we agree a change with you, we won’t change anything in your Offer content so please do write it exactly as you would want it to appear online. You can edit your Offer anytime by logging into your Account on our website.
- Your Offer is your responsibility. We don’t have to do anything else for in connection with your Offer including but not limited to actively promoting your Offer or suggesting it to our members who might be interested in your products or services.

Your Offer must:
- is better than what you normally offer to the public or other customers;
- is not for products or services that are not risky or harmful for our members;
- is not about any financial or insurance products or services. If you want to list an Offer like that, please contact us first via the Contact US section of our website;
- is legal and follows all the rules and standards that apply to your business. You must have all required licences;
- is respectful and does not damage our reputation or brand. We don’t want to list any Offers that are offensive, misleading, or inappropriate;
- is clear and easy to understand. You must include a link to your website, not your social media, and explain what your Offer is and how to get it. You must also mention any terms and conditions that apply to your Offer, or make sure they are visible on your website; and
- is for a UK-based business and for products and services that are available in the UK only..
- We have the right to remove any Offer that does not meet our criteria, without any notice or liability to you. We may also change these criteria at any time.
- If you ever want to take your Offer off our website or mobile app, you can do this via your Account or you can contact us using the Contact Us section of our website.
- If we take your Offer off our websites or mobile app for any reason, we don’t have to tell you before or after we do that and we are not responsible for any loss you may have because of it. We check the offers on our websites regularly to make sure they are consistent with what we want to offer our members as Blue Badgers.
- Sometimes we might decide (but we don’t have to) to mention your Offer(s) in our marketing (email newsletter, blogs, social media channels etc). We can do this without telling you first and you agree to let us do this when you accept these Terms.
- You and we can take your Offers off our website or apps at any time without notice.
- Your products and services, and any offers you make about them, are still your responsibility. By putting your offers on our website and apps, we are not taking any responsibility for them at all.
- You remain responsible for your own products and services, and the Offers you make about them. We are not responsible for anything related to your Offers when we list them on our website and apps. We just want to help you reach our members.
- When your Offer expires, we can take it off our websites and mobile apps. We do not have to remind you when your offer expires. You can extend or change your Offer by logging into Account on our website.
- It is your responsibility to follow all the laws and rules that apply to your business and Offer, such as those about protecting data, customers, and intellectual property, anti-bribery, paying taxes, modern slavery, ethical dealing and respecting human rights. We are not responsible for checking your Offer or your business, and we can remove your Offer if it breaks or might break any laws or regulations.
The physical and digital Blue Badgers card
- Stores and venues making an Offer agree to let our members use their Blue Badgers card at their store or venue as proof of entitlement. A members’ Blue Badgers card can be physical or digital on their smartphone. It has their name, card number and expiry date on it. Please do look at examples shown on our website.
- You can require our members to show you their digital rather than physical card or ask them to provide any extra ID that you need for your Offer by setting out in your specific Offer terms – but we hope you will trust our verification and not ask our members for too much personal information. We want to our members to have as inclusive an experience as possible at your store or venue, and that means respecting members’ privacy. We might get in touch with you if we think your ID requirements are too high. We don’t mean to offend, we just want to make sure you’re happy with how we verify our members and see if we can reduce additional verification.
- By submitting your Offer, you become part of our Blue Badgers Welcome community. We’ll show your business on our list and map of places that welcome our members with their Blue Badgers card. This way, more people can find you.
Commission
- We are very grateful for our wonderful business partners who help Blue Badgers to provide amazing offers and help us to invest in more benefits for our members. We get commission from some retailers when our members buy something from them. If a significant number of our members visit your website through ours, we might ask you to join an affiliate network that lets us track their purchases so we can get appropriate commission. If you are not already part of one of the affiliate networks we use, we can help you with this process. If you have significant number of visitors from us and we can’t agree on appropriate commission, we might have to take your Offer off our website or mobile apps at any time.
- If you like what we do and want to support us, you can contact us through our website to offer commission on your sales. We really appreciate your support.
Blue Badgers image and brand
- We value our reputation and we want to work with you in a respectful and trustworthy way. If you do something that harms our image or brand, we reserve our rights and might have to remove your Offers from our website and stop working with you. We won’t be liable for any loss you may suffer because of this.
- You cannot use the Blue Badgers logo unless you have our written permission. We do not have to say yes if you ask us. Sometimes we may allow use our logos, but you would need to follow any use guidelines we give you. We can also change our mind and take back our permission at any time and you would need to stop using our logo immediately.
Complaints
- When you sell your products and services to a member, you will have a contract with them on your own terms and conditions. We are not part of that contract and we don’t have any responsibility for it.
- If something goes wrong and a member complains about your products, services or offers, we will not get involved in any complaint of dispute. If we receive a complaint from a member, we will ask them to contact you directly. We don’t have to pass the complaint to you and may remove your Offer from our website.
- If there is a technical problem with how your offer appears on our websites or mobile app, we will try our best to fix it as soon as possible. We are not in charge of your websites or the quality of any link you give us. If we can’t fix the problem, we may remove your Offer. If this happens, we don’t have to tell you and we are not liable for any loss this causes you.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and all permissions, exclusions, licenses and conditions of making an Offer on this website, whether contractual or otherwise shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising between you and us.
