Experience will run on Wednesdays off peak from 30th April (excluding 7th May). The meeting point is directly to the left of the Hex queue line entrance. This can be viewed on the Alton Towers App. These will also be communicated in advance via email from the VIP team.
How does the complimentary Fastrack ticket work? Like any solo Fastrack, guests will receive one Fastrack for the Hex: The Legend of the Towers as the VIP Experience, this can be used on the day of their experience any time in ride opening hours.
The VIP Team will be in touch 14 days before the date of the VIP experience to discuss any special requirements and confirm details of meeting points.
Photos and videos are permitted on a smartphone, at specified areas of the tour, when advised by your tour leader. The use of video recording equipment for filming, including but not limited to cameras, is strictly prohibited at all times during the Behind the Scenes experience. This restriction is in place to ensure the safety, security and integrity of the experience for all participants.
